Education

Dr. Goran Sačer finished "V. high school Bogdan Ogrizović" in Zagreb in 1969. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Zagreb in 1976. After completing internship at General Hospital “Rebro”, he began the specialization in anaesthesiology and reanimation in 1981 under mentorship of Professor Jagoda Bolčić Wickerhauser. He passed specialist exam in 1984. After completing specialization, he worked in the Medical Center Čakovec until 1985, from 1985 to 1991 in "Splošna bolnišnica Brežice ", from 1991 to 2009 in General Hospital "Sveti Duh". Permanent employee in the University Eye Hospital Svjetlost.

Work area

General local, local potentiated and regional anaesthesia in surgery of anterior and posterior segment of the eye in children and adults.
