Education

Dr. Evgeniia Perevoznikova graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy, Russia. In September 2012, she began her specialization in ophthalmology at the Departments of Ophthalmology at South Ural State Medical University, and passed her specialist exam in 2014.
She worked as a medical assistant in a private medical center (2012-2013) and as a nurse in the 
Emergency Ophthalmology and Eye Injuries Department (2012-2014).
She has been employed at the Ophthalmology Department of City Clinical Hospital No. 6 in Chelyabinsk, and since January 2016 she worked at the Ophthalmology Department of a surgical hospital for the position of Head of Ophthalmology Department - Ophthalmologist at the State Budget Institution of Health of the Tyumen Region, "Hospital No. 4, Ishim City". There she was the chief surgeon-ophthalmologist for the southern region of the Tyumen region. In addition to her foreign professional qualification, she passed her professional exam in Croatia on September 27, 2017. On December the 3rd 2018., she started her specialization in ophthalmology and optometry at the Clinical Hospital Center Zagreb, and from April 1st 2019, she continued under the mentorship of prof. Nikica Gabric at the Clinic Svjetlost.

Work area

Dr. Perevoznikov's primary area of ​​work is front-eye surgery. She has 6 years of surgical experience and has performed around 3000 eye surgeries: ultrasound cataract surgeries, high ocular pressure reduction surgeries, surgeries after traumatic eye injuries, and other rare operations on the front of the eye. At the Clinic Svjetlost her daily activities include practicing and perfecting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with retinal diseases (senile yellow spot degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and other rare retinal diseases) and advances in other areas of ophthalmology.
