In Zürich, on October 10th 2017 - Specialized opthalmology hospital Svjetlost Clinic has been granted with a certification issued by a Swiss certification company for its processes proving that they are done in accordance to the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015The standard ISO 9001 is an international certification standard of the International Standard's Organization (ISO) regulation quality management systems. Except its main role - which is ensuring standardization and a continuous level of service quality, the alignment with this standard helps in the process of systematic planning, analysis and risk management, as well as in the increase in the level of dedication and fulfillment of expectations ultimately leading to greater customer satisfaction.
The scope of the application of this system is related to the core business of the Svjetlost Clinic, which is specialist and multi-specialist in-house treatment of patients with eye conditions. This certificate, once acquired, is granted for a period of three years, with the prerequisite that the supervisory visits have been successful.
The Svjetlost Clinic has, since 2010 continuously been working in alignment with the ISO 9001:2008 standard, and the implementation of the new standard represents, in fact, yet another step forward supporting our business.
