After two years of general high school in Sisak and Samobor, Dr. Srđan Bartulić completed two years of the International Baccalaureate (IB) program at the XV. Gymnasium (MIOC) in Zagreb in 1994.
He graduated from the University of Zagreb School of Medicine in 2001 and, after a one-year internship and passing the state examination, worked as a family physician and as a physician in the Emergency Medical Service from 2003 to 2005.
Since 2004, he has actively participated in promotion and education as part of the Croatian Trauma System project as an instructor for the Croatian branch of the international organization ITLS (International Trauma Life Support) at the Croatian Mountain Rescue Service.
In 2005 he began his specialization in anesthesiology, resuscitation, and intensive care at the General Hospital “Dr. Ivo Pedišić” in Sisak.
Part of his specialization was completed in the United Kingdom, at Manchester Royal Infirmary (MRI) in Manchester, UK and Royal United Hospital in Bath.
In 2010 he returned to the General Hospital “Dr. Ivo Pedišić” in Sisak, where he worked as a specialist in anesthesiology, resuscitation, and intensive care.
In 2019 he passed the subspecialist examination in intensive medicine.
Since 2022, he has been working as an anesthesiologist at Special Hospital for Ophthalmology Svjetlost
