During the past week at Svjetlost clinic, we operated on patients with the most complex strabismic diagnoses in collaboration with Professor Oliver Erht from the LMU clinic in Munich, the President of the European and German Strabology Society.
We operated on patients with paresis of the extraocular muscles, various restrictive syndromes, and nystagmus. We performed muscle transpositions, muscle lengthening using biological material transplantation, and complex surgeries on the horizontal and oblique muscles.
In this way, we helped our patients get rid of double vision, ease forced head postures, or at least improve the overall aesthetic impression.
