22nd Congress of the Croatian Ophthalmological and Optometric Society
At the 22nd Congress of the Croatian Ophthalmological and Optometric Society, Professor Nikica Gabrić delivered a lecture on new trends in refractive surgery. Prof. Dr. Sc. Gabrić introduced fellow ophthalmologists to the latest developments in laser vision correction and presented the first cases of vision correction performed on the new Johnson & Johnson Elita laser, which was used for the first time in Europe at Svjetlost Clinic.
Assistant Professor Nataša Drača delivered a lecture at the 22nd Croatian Ophthalmological Congress titled “The Power of Dual Inhibition in the Treatment of nAMD.”
Dr. Vernesa Sofić-Drino and Dr. Azra Mehmedović presented on the topic “Prevalence of Diabetic Retinopathy in the City of Sarajevo.”
This congress, featuring leading names in ophthalmology, was held in Dubrovnik from May 4 to 7, 2023.
