What is leadership and what are the characteristics of a true leader? How can verbal and non-verbal communication be managed effectively? How can a positive organizational culture be created and conflicts successfully managed? These were just some of the topics that introduced participants to a series of lectures and interactive workshops led by Professor Velimir Srića.

The second part of the training focused on practical knowledge and skills, including effective motivation, delegation, stress management, and improving personal efficiency.

A total of 28 of our employees successfully completed the Svjetlost Leadership Academy program. Congratulations!
