Ivana Šteta, MD

Education

Ivana Šteta, MD was born in Dubrovnik, where she completed her primary and secondary education.

She graduated from the University of Rijeka School of Medicine in 2024.

After completing her studies, she worked in the Emergency Department of Dubrovnik General Hospital.

Since 2026, she has been an ophthalmology resident at Special Hospital for Ophthalmology Svjetlost.

Area of Interest

During her studies, she developed a special interest in ophthalmology and further specialized through international Erasmus+ programs in Portugal and Slovenia.

Doctor Šteta is the author and co-author of several congress abstracts and has completed an Advanced Life Support (ALS) course.
