For the first time in Croatia Eylea 8 mg
Retinal patients in Croatia now have access to a new formulation of EYLEA, provided in an 8 mg dosage.
Assist. Prof. Nataša Drača, PhD, MD was the first ophthalmologist in the country to administer this 8 mg injection therapy for treating wet macular degeneration and diabetic macular edema. This medication allows for improved disease management with fewer injections. By offering treatment with EYLEA 8 mg, Svjetlost Eye Clinic continues to pioneer advancements in global ophthalmology, enhancing patient care through ongoing innovation.
Svjetlost Eye Clinic was the first ophthalmology institution in the region to administer this drug — in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Albania.
By offering treatment with EYLEA 8 mg, Svjetlost Eye Clinic is once again shaping the future of global ophthalmology and bringing new light into patients’ lives, continuing its commitment to innovation for the benefit of our patients.
